Nairobi to Amboseli NP

Depart from Nairobi at 7 a.m. after a delightful breakfast and drive south across the Athi Plains, home of the Maasai, and on to Amboseli. Amboseli is renowned for its large herds of wild African elephants as well as vast herds of wildebeests and many other animals, including giraffes, lions, monkeys, zebras, hyenas, and antelopes.

Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, provides a beautiful backdrop. We arrive early mid-day and freshen up, followed by lunch and a short rest. Later, you explore the Amboseli plains on an afternoon game drive. Return for dinner and overnight at your camp.

You will rise up before dawn for breakfast. After breakfast, check out of the camp and proceed for game drive. Later, check out of the park and be driven back to Nairobi where you will be dropped off at your respective location. Optional lunch available at extra cost. This is where your safari will end.
