3-Day Mokoro Exploration

• You'll be collected from the airport.
• Accommodation before the tour starts can be arranged for an extra cost.

Arrival and transfer

Day prior to our safari, a meet and greet shall be done where a full in person briefing shall be given and any request/queries shall be attended to.

Morning
We depart from Maun from hotel/lodge, to the Mokoro gate station game shall be seen enroute this is an approximately 1hr 50min drive. Upon arrival, we shall meet our polers and be designated the mokoro boats will be using for our excursion.
A stop over shall be done for our late breakfast.
Afternoon
You will navigate the channels of the mighty Okavango Delta on Mokoro and have a stop at an island where the crew will set up the camp. You will have lunch while the crew is erecting the tents and after that have a siesta time until 3pm and we do a our bush walk then continue gliding through the Okavango.

We then shall arrive at our camping site where we shall settle in freshen up and ready ourselves for a night along the Okavango river listening to natures whispers.

Evening
Enjoy your dinner, and chat the night away with the polers.

Explore the native way

You'll wake up at around 6:00 am and have a cup of coffee. You will take a guided walk into the wild for approximately 1 hour 30 min, likely to spot good game like elephants, zebras, antelopes, etc. You'll return to the camp and have your breakfast,

Last day of exploration

You'll wake up at around 6:00 am and have a cup of coffee. You will take a guided walk into the wild for approximately 1 hour 30 min, likely to spot good game like elephants, zebras, antelopes, etc. You'll return to the camp and have your breakfast while the crew is taking down the camp. You will then be transferred by Mokoro back to the station where your vehicle will be waiting to take you back to either the airport or your place of accomodation. The drive is approximately 1 hour and 50 mins.
