1-Day Kilimanjaro Hike Through Marangu Route

• A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.

In the morning, you will be picked by one of the Informative African Tour representatives and journey to Marangu gate, upon arrival at the entrance, you will complete the necessary park entry formalities.

After filling the details you will commence your trek through the enchanting rainforest of Kilimanjaro National Park. The Marangu Route is known for its lush, diverse vegetation. Enjoy the vibrant flora and keep an eye out for the park's unique wildlife as you ascend.

After a steady ascent, you will reach Mandara Hut (2700 Meteres), the day’s primary destination. Here, you can explore the area and take in the scenic surroundings. The Mandara Hut provides a wonderful spot to enjoy a packed lunch, relax, and appreciate the views of the rainforest and the lower slopes of Kilimanjaro

After your visit to Mandara Hut, you will begin your descent back to the park entrance for your transfer back to Arusha/Moshi.
