Depart Nairobi at 7:00am by road, traveling through the scenic Athi Plains and into the bush country of Amboseli National Park. This park is renowned for its breathtaking views, featuring a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro and large herds of elephants.

You will arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch. After lunch, you will have a few leisure hours before embarking on an evening game drive. This is a great opportunity to see these majestic elephants up close and spot various other species of animals and birds. The park is particularly famous for its abundant elephants, prevalent predators, and their prey, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, and hippos.

Meals and overnight accommodation will be at Sentrim Amboseli Lodge.

Day 3

Amboseli National Park to Tsavo East National Park

Amboseli National Park to Tsavo East National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tsavo East National Park, which is famous for the legend of the man-eating lions. This park is home to the Yatta Plateau, which is one of the world's longest lava flows, spanning about 290km (180mi). You can visit Lugard Falls on the Galana River, where a series of rapids provides an ideal spot to walk down to the river and enjoy the view.

Another interesting site is Mudanda Rock, a long rock outcrop that stretches approximately 1,6km (1mi). You will arrive at your lodge in time for lunch, followed by a few hours of leisure before heading out for an afternoon game drive. The park is home to many large mammals, including vast herds of dust-red elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, lions, and leopards, pods of hippos, crocodiles, waterbucks, lesser kudus and gerenuks. Additionally, it boasts a rich birdlife with over 500 recorded species.

Start the day with an early morning game drive. Afterward, return to the camp for breakfast, then check out. Depart for Diani Beach, arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, taking advantage of the hotel facilities or relaxing by the beach or pool. Overnight accommodation will be at Papillon Lagoon Reef, including meals.
