After an early breakfast, you will be taken to the airport for a flight in a sturdy bush plane to Nyerere. As soon as you arrive, you will spend a full-day game driving in Nyerere National Park (Selous). It’s one of the largest remaining wilderness areas in Africa. The reserve is crossed by the second biggest river in Tanzania, the Rufiji River, creating a very dynamic ecosystem. Selous is home to over 350 species of birds and reptiles, and about 2,000 plant species. You will also find a wide range of wildlife, including African elephant, hippopotamus, lion, Cape buffalo, Masai giraffe, zebra, crocodile, and everything in between. The vehicle is an open four-wheel-drive safari Jeep, perfectly suited for taking unobstructed pictures to take you up-close to the wildlife. At the end of the day, you will check-in to your lodge for dinner and overnight sleep.

Game drive and boat trip

Early morning at 6:00am pack your breakfast drive to the park for half day game drive, you will have possibility to see the animals like lions or leopard and thousand of animals who are very active. Breakfast at the middle of nowhere after breakfast keep on with game drive until 12:00pm then drive back to to your hotel for hot lunch, late afternoon you will go for a boat safari on the Rufiji River. At the end of this exciting day, you will have dinner and overnight.

Transfer from Nyerere National Park (Selous Game Reserve) to Zanzibar
