Day 1

Arusha to Lake Natron

After an early Breakfast, we will drive to Lake Natron and start our activities at Lake Natron which includes following paths to some of the most interesting localities, such as hot springs, Ngare Sero waterfalls and much more. Situated at the base of Africa’s only active volcano Oldonyo Lengai (Mountain of God), Lake Natron is one of the most alkaline lakes in the world. The lake is home to millions of tiny crustaceans, attracting literally thousands of lesser flamingos and it is therefore one of the most important flamingo breeding grounds on earth.
After lunch and further time to enjoy the activities here we drive back tour accommodation, where we will arrive in time for Dinner and Overnight.

Day 2

You will wake up early so that you can depart your lodge for a full day moving with the herds across the plains exploring the Great Migration. You'll enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in North Serengeti National Park with early departure looking for active predators and other wildlife. Sightings in the area include pride of lions, leopards, cheetahs, crocodiles, hippos, elephants, giraffes, black rhinos, topis, hartebeests and many more. One of the best places to observe the wildebeest migration is at the Mara River. The Mara River runs through Kenya and Tanzania and lies directly in the path of migration for multiple animals in the Masai Mara and Serengeti National Park. It is also a vital part of the river system that brings water to the region. All meals and overnight will be at the Serengeti Heritage Tented Lodge, where dinner, rest, and, relaxation await you, upon the ‘Endless Plain’ as your mind's eye roves over the sights and sounds of the day.

Day 3

North to Central Serengeti

North to Central Serengeti

Starting your day after a heavy breakfast, today you will head south towards the central Serengeti. The drive south from the Mara River valley takes you through hill country, the Lobo area, woodlands, and then back into the Seronera terrain. The central portion of the Serengeti known as the Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife habitats in the park. As you make your way into the Seronera region, you will begin to notice the hilly and broken terrain altering into plain grasslands. Here, one must look out for the many lion pride that thrive in this region. The interactions and survival of these lion prides provide an excellent game-viewing experience all year round. A picnic lunch will be done during the day-long drive itself. The eventful day comes to an end with a heavy dinner and a good night’s rest in your accommodation.

Day 4

After an early breakfast, you'll depart with a picnic lunch and drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game drive. You will wake up early morning, and have your breakfast before departing to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. You'll descend the 600 m deep caldera for a game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. It has a massive floor of about 260 sq. km with a depth of over 2000 feet. Ngorongoro Crater is the largest collapsed volcanic crater in the world and has fourteen kilometers of isolated natural beauty. Ngorongoro Crater is surrounded by a ring of extinct volcanoes and the floor, dotted with watering holes, shelters some 30,000 animals. The 5–6-hour game drive on the crater floor will show you a lot of animal action. Keeping the camera ready is recommended.

Tarangire National Park to Arusha

After an early breakfast in your comfort lodge, you will drive to Tarangire National Park with a packed lunch for a game drive. This lovely park has the largest concentrations of elephants in the world and the highest number of breeding bird species. Especially during the dry season, Tarangire National Park is packed with wildlife. Big cats like lions, cheetahs, leopards, and the seldom-seen kudu, oryx and gerenuk. The Tarangire River draws huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles, as well as predators who prey upon them. Post the game drive, you will head back to Arusha.
