Nairobi to Masai Mara National Reserve

Depart Nairobi at 6 AM with an experienced driver-guide. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley, making a brief stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint for breathtaking views and photo opportunities. Continue through Narok town, a vibrant Maasai trading center and arrive in the Maasai Mara around 11 AM.

Once you arrive, head out for an exciting game drive across the vast savannah plains of the Maasai Mara. This reserve is renowned for its incredible biodiversity and large populations of wildlife. It is home to the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of antelope species. From July to September, you may witness the world-famous Great Migration, where millions of wildebeests and zebras cross the Mara River from Tanzania’s Serengeti in search of fresh grazing lands.

In the evening, check in at your camp for dinner and an overnight stay..
