Day 1

The safari starts with a pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi and after a short safari briefing by your safari driver-guide, you will depart Nairobi and embark on your journey to Masai Mara National Reserve by 7:00 am.
You will stop briefly en route at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy the stunning views of the largest Valley in the world, said to be visible from outer space. You'll arrive at your camp in Masai Mara for a leisurely lunch. Your afternoon game drive starts at 3.30 pm, allowing spotting of the amazing wildlife in the reserve ranging from the big cats such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, rhinos, elephants, and wildebeests. Our driver-guide will try his best to show you not just the Big Five animals but the ''Big Nine'' as well. You'll return to your tented camp by 6.30 pm.

Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early morning breakfast at your lodge, you will head to the reserve for a either full-day safari game drive with a packed picnic lunch or a morning and afternoon game drive. Masai Mara is part of the greater Serengeti ecosystem rich with a variety of wildlife species including; wildebeests, lions, leopards, cheetahs, Thomson gazelles, zebras, hyenas, wild dogs, and many more. On this game drive, you will have an opportunity to spot these animals. Later, you'll visit the Mara River to enjoy the views of Nile crocodiles and many animals like buffaloes and elephants drinking water. In the evening, you will return to your lodge for dinner and stay overnight.

After morning breakfast at your lodge, you will checkout and embark on a journey to Serengeti National Park with a border crossing at Isebania where you will clear with the immigration and complete all the necessary formalities. On arrival at the park, you will proceed with a game drive as you head to your lodge/camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

The endless savannah plains of Serengeti inhabit over 3, 000 lions, about 1, 000 African leopards, elephants, buffaloes, black rhinos, Grant's gazelles, Thomson's gazelles, elands, wildebeests, and many more which you will spot on the game drives. In the evening, you will head back to your lodge, have dinner, and stay overnight.

The crater is home to a variety of animals such as African buffalo, hippos, wildebeests, Grant's zebra, Thomson's gazelle, black rhinos, and many more. On your arrival, you will check in, have lunch, and have a short rest before heading for an afternoon game drive on the crater floor. In the evening, you will head back to your lodge, have dinner, and stay overnight.
