Flight from Zanzibar to Serengeti/ Game Drive in Central Serengeti

Early in the morning at 6:00 am (pick-up time varies based on your hotel's location in Zanzibar), our driver will take you to the airport for your 8:00 am flight to the Serengeti.

You’ll arrive at Seronera Airstrip by 10:40 am, where your driver-guide will greet you and start your game drive in Central Serengeti. After a picnic lunch in the park, you’ll continue the game drive until evening, then head to your camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

The Serengeti, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in northern Tanzania, spans 15,000 km² (5,800 mi²) and is home to millions of herbivores, predators like lions and cheetahs, and over 500 bird species. It's also a prime spot for witnessing the massive migrations of wildebeest and zebra during the Dry season.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

After breakfast at 6:00 am, you’ll depart from your accommodation and head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a three-hour drive to the gate. You’ll embark on a full-day game drive in the crater, enjoying a picnic lunch along the way. In the afternoon, you’ll head to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 pm flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival at 5:30 pm, our driver will transfer you to your hotel.

Ngorongoro, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its natural beauty and rich wildlife. Once inside the crater, you'll have an excellent chance to see the Big Five (lion, buffalo, elephant, leopard, and black rhino) as well as flamingos in the crater lakes. The area offers incredible wildlife sightings in a compact timeframe.
