Full game drive Ngorongoro crater

Your day begins early with a drive from your lodge or camp to the rim of the crater. As you descend into the caldera, you'll be greeted by breathtaking views of the vast crater floor. This UNESCO World Heritage Site, often referred to as Africa’s Garden of Eden, hosts an incredible concentration of wildlife.
On the game drive, you will have the chance to see lions lounging in the grasslands, elephants moving gracefully across the plains, and if you're lucky, you may even spot the rare black rhinoceros. The hippos wallow in the freshwater pools, while zebras, wildebeest, and gazelles roam freely.
The birdlife here is also abundant, with flamingos gathering around the alkaline lakes inside the crater.
The crater’s unique ecosystem creates an almost self-contained wildlife sanctuary, offering a one-of-a-kind safari experience. After your game drive, you’ll return to the crater rim to enjoy a scenic picnic lunch, before heading back to your lodge or continuing your safari journey.
