Supported by a year-round water supply and rich vegetation, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants.

Another major attraction of this stunning park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which often requires a trained eye to spot. We will also visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner of the crater, one of its main features.
