Antananarivo - Ranomafana National Park

Today, you will start your journey south, on National Road 7, towards Ranomafana. On the road, you will enjoy the beautiful landscape of the central highlands with its rice fields. You will meet local children and learn the culture of the local people and their daily lifestyle. Once you arrive, you will check into your hotel for an overnight stay.

Visit of Ranomafana National Park

You'll take advantage of this beautiful day to visit the Ranomafana National Park. It is one of the largest parks in Madagascar. You will find species of lemurs, birds, and also waterfalls in this humid forest. In the afternoon, you can relax in the natural hot pool of Ranomafana or you can also go see chameleons and beautiful gardens at the botanical garden.

Ranomafana - Ranohira

Today, after breakfast, you will continue your journey to Ranohira, the closest village to Isalo National Park. In the middle, you will visit the community reserve of Anja where you will have the opportunity to take photos with the ring-tailed lemurs which are numerous in this region. After your visit, you will continue your journey to today's destination: Ranohira.

You'll have breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a trip still on National Road 7. Photo opportunity with the Mahafaly tombs. These tombs and the baobabs are the attractions of this day. You will also visit the Antsokay Arboretum before arriving in Ifaty, today's destination.

Today after your breakfast, we will drive you back to Tuléar. You will have lunch in Tuléar and transfer to the airport for your return flight to the capital. When you arrive, one of our team will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to your hotel for that night.
