Check for flights arriving in Nairobi in the morning or before noon in readiness to depart for Lake Nakuru National Park which is approximately 3 hours drive from Nairobi.

Our team will meet you upon arrival at the airport. After a pre-safari briefing and introduction to your safari driver guide, depart and drive dropping down the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley. Our driver guide will stop at strategic viewpoints for photography opportunities, allowing you to come out and view the escarpment and take photos. You will continue with the drive southwesterly to Lake Nakuru National Park to arrive in time for lunch or late lunch.

Lake Nakuru National Park. The park, colored by a shimmering flamingo pink from thousands of beautiful birds lining its shores, is a popular place with visitors as well as locals.

At 16:00hrs enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive in the Park returning to the lodge in time to refresh for dinner.

After breakfast, depart at 07:30hrs and drive to Masai Mara Game Reserve to arrive in time for lunch or late lunch.

Zebra Plains Mara Camp:

The camp is located below Oldonyo Oloip Ridge, home to the Monika pride of lions, and offers the best views of the open plains of the Mara, frequented by giraffes, zebras, impalas, topis, buffaloes, and many other plain game. The camp has a water hole in front of it that gets busy during the dry season.

At 16:00hrs, enjoy an afternoon game-viewing drive in the park before returning for dinner and an overnight stay at Zebra Plains Mara Camp.

Day 3

One full day in the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives in the Reserve at 06:30hrs and 16:00hrs respectively. Maasai Mara is a magnificent landscape of open plains bisected by the Mara River and its tributaries, punctuated by marshes and forests. This 650 sq kilometer reserve supports the highest density of game to be seen anywhere considering its size.

It is on this very terrain that the annual migration takes place when millions of zebra, wildebeest, and gazelle cross the plains below, on their way to the rich new grasses of the Serengeti. A spectacle that should be witnessed in one’s lifetime!

In the morning, you will have an early breakfast and check out by 7:00 am. Your driver guide will accompany you and drop you off at the Isibania border crossing point for visa checks and other formalities. Upon completion of the border clearance, you will be met by a Tanzania tour guide and a Tanzania Safari Land Cruiser. You will then depart for a scenic drive to central Serengeti National Park.

The camp, situated approximately 20 kilometers from Seronera Airstrip, offers an exclusive blend of comfort and exploration, allowing you to immerse yourself in the untamed beauty of the African savanna.

At 16:00 hrs, you will embark on an afternoon game-viewing drive in the park, providing you with the opportunity to witness the diverse wildlife. After enjoying a delightful breakfast in the early morning, we will check out and depart with picnic lunch boxes as we head back to Arusha. Our friendly and knowledgeable driver guide will accompany you, dropping you off at the Namanga border control for visa processing and formalities as you cross back into Kenya.

Upon crossing the border, we will have a seamless exchange of our driver guide and vehicle before proceeding to the breathtaking Amboseli National Park. The journey will be filled with stunning landscapes and exciting wildlife sightings.

At 4:00 PM, you will embark on an unforgettable afternoon game-viewing experience, focusing on the magnificent elephants while taking in the awe-inspiring view of Mount Kilimanjaro. The sight of these majestic creatures against the backdrop of Africa's highest peak is truly a sight to behold.

As the day comes to a close, we will retire to the comfort of Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge for a delightful dinner and an overnight stay.

You can start the day with an early morning game drive and then return to the lodge for breakfast.

Depending on your departure flight timings from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport later that evening, you have the option to relax at the lodge and leave after lunch. Alternatively, you can depart after breakfast and drive back to Nairobi. Your driver guide will then drop you off at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your flight back home.
If you wish, you can customize this itinerary by adding an extra night at Amboseli, Masai Mara, or Serengeti.
