Upon arrival at Seronera Airstrip, you'll be warmly greeted by our expert safari driver. A picnic lunch will be prepared for you before you embark on your wildlife viewing tour. After lunch, the adventure continues with a game drive in search of Serengeti's famous big cats and other wildlife. Expect to encounter zebras, Grant’s and Thompson gazelles, topis, Coke’s hartebeest, and elands. You'll be amazed by the sight of thousands of wildebeest and zebras grazing on the vast plains or crossing the Mara River. As you explore, you'll witness a variety of wildlife, including birds, animals, and reptiles, roaming through the acacia-dotted savannahs. By evening, you’ll return to your camp or lodge for a well-deserved dinner and overnight rest.

Northern Serengeti National Park

Your safari begins after breakfast, where you'll spend the day observing animals in their natural environment at different locations within the Serengeti. You'll witness the spectacle of large migrating herds, along with lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, antelopes, and a variety of bird species and indigenous trees. The migration of over a million wildebeest, the largest mammal migration on earth, is a highlight. This journey aligns with the growth of nutrient-rich grasses on the short-grass plains during the wet season, making it a safe area for calving due to easy predator detection. As the plains dry out, the wildebeest migrate to the western corridor in search of greener pastures, while the northern part of the ecosystem receives the most rainfall, though the grasses there are less nutritious.
