Day 1

Your day begins with a morning pickup at your hotel or airport, followed by a short briefing from your private safari guide and your adventure begins. Spend the entire day at Tarangire National Park. Witness herds of elephants, lions, and massive baobab trees, then have a hot lunch and spend the afternoon wildlife viewing before returning to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

The park's name comes from the Tarangire River, which winds through the parklands. It is the only source of water for wildlife during the dry season. The park is well-known for its large elephant herds and has a diverse range of landscapes, including seasonal swamps and savannah. You may have the opportunity to witness a lion stalking his prey.

Lake Manyara is renowned for its arboreal lions, who are skillful at concealing themselves among the tree branches. A bustling colony of baboons also inhabits the forest, and they may accompany you along the road from the moment you enter the park.
