Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your private and experienced safari guide will pick you up from your hotel. Following a brief introduction, you’ll embark on your exciting journey to Tarangire National Park, just a 2.5-hour drive away. Spend the day enjoying wildlife viewing in a luxurious 4x4 safari jeep, complete with a hot lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll return to your lodge for dinner and some well-deserved relaxation.

arangire National Park is well known for its big groups of elephants and the huge amount of giant baobab trees. These trees can live for hundreds of years and are actually a source of water for elephants in the dry season, as they have a special technique to draw water from them. Besides, the Tarangire River is the only source of water in the dry season.

Today, you'll begin with an early morning breakfast before heading to the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game viewing in search of rhinos, lions, and more. After a day spent exploring the vibrant wildlife on the crater floor, you'll drive back to your lodge in Arusha for a relaxing dinner.
