Transfer to Akagera National Park

Day Itinerary
Today, after your relaxed morning breakfast at your hotel in Kigali, you will be met, by your safari guide at 7:30am, share a short briefing and later jump into your safari jeeps and leave for Akagera national park, the journey to Akagera national park takes about 2.5 hours depending on the stopovers along the way, with the beautiful unwinding landscape en route to the park, feel free to ask the guide for stopovers to capture some photos. On arrival at the park, we shall proceed to our accommodation after a short game drive and check in for lunch. We ordered lunch and later headed for a brief game drive for game viewing, later head for a sunset boat trip at 4:30 pm on Lake Ihema watch Hippos and crocodiles in the water or by the shores and meet the buffaloes and elephants wallowing by the water banks. The boat ride, last for roughly an hour and half, later return and drive to your booked accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Full day game drive in Akagera National Park

Day Itinerary
Today, after your relaxed morning breakfast at your hotel, you will be met, by your safari guide, share a short briefing and later jump into your safari jeeps and leave for early morning game drive in the Akagera national park, in the southern sector, in search for a number of wildlife, as you head towards the northern sector of the park, which is well known for a number of wildlife. En route, you will enjoy picnic lunch as you proceed, for further game drive in the northern sector, big opportunity to sight the BIG FIVE wildlife. You will do game drive until later, before you drive to your campsite, for your camping experience with wonderful stories by the camp fire. Karenge Bush camp, offers unmatched tented camping experience, with great view of the park, wonderful serenity and offers the best early morning game drive the next day.

Game drive and transfer back to Kigali

Day Itinerary
Wake up very early in the morning by 6:00am, and later meet your safari guide, and head off for an early game drive to the north of the park, spot countless wildlife, as you try as much as possible, and later return for breakfast. You will leader continue with the game drive up to the northern exit, and catch up with hot lunch, use the loose before we drive back to Kigali and later be dropped at the lodge or airport to catch up with your afternoon flight. End of service!
