Transfer from Kigali to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Upon finishing with your hotel breakfast in Kigali, or upon arrival at Kigali Airport, you will be met by our company representative. He will introduce you to your safari driver-guide, who will brief you shortly and, you can have a short Kigali city tour, with a visit to the Kigali genocide memorial, You'll learn more about the Rwanda 1994, genocide incident. Later, you'll have lunch, before you hit up the road, to find your way to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, via Cyanika/ Gatuna border post, which is roughly a 5 hour’s drive to your booked accommodation, for dinner and overnight stay.

Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Early morning cup of coffee, then prepare for the briefing from Uganda’s officials. Thereafter, you'll drive to the trekking starting point, and have a short briefing before entering into the jungle to search for the shy mountain gorilla, for your gorilla trekking experience. After meeting the gorillas, you can sit around these great apes for a whole hour gazing into their big round eyes. On a gorilla safari, a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as walking shoes, packed food and mineral water, insect repellent, sunscreen, and a hut. The gorilla tracking experience takes half or a whole day depending on the movement of these primates. After this gorilla tracking experience in Uganda, you will have an informative memorable experience in life. You will later return and meet your guide, who will transfer you, to your lodge, for lunch. After lunch, you'll retire at leisure, or opt for a community walk tour. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Transfer back to Kigali for Departure

You will have a relaxed breakfast at the lodge. You'll meet your guide, and hit the road back to Kigali, with an en-route lunch and be dropped off at your hotel in Kigali. Depending on your flight time, you will be transferred to the airport to catch up with your late evening flight. End of service!
