Nairobi to Masai Mara

Embark on a 4-day, 3-night group safari to Maasai Mara, beginning with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or residence by a 4x4 Land Cruiser. On the way to Maasai Mara, enjoy a scenic stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, where you can take in the stunning views and snap some photos. You will then continue your journey, arriving at the Rhino Tourist Camp in time for lunch and a short rest. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive, exploring the vast plains in search of the Big Five, zebras, giraffes, and other wildlife before returning to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Full day in Masai Mara

On the second day, kick off your adventure with an optional early morning hot air balloon safari, where you'll float above the savannah at sunrise, witnessing breathtaking views and abundant wildlife. Afterward, enjoy a bush breakfast in the wild. Following this unique experience, embark on a full-day game drive with packed picnic lunches, giving you ample time to explore Maasai Mara’s rich ecosystem and, during the season, witness the incredible wildebeest migration. In the afternoon, visit a local Maasai village to immerse yourself in Maasai culture, witnessing traditional dances and learning about their way of life. Return to Rhino Tourist Camp for dinner and overnight.

Another Full day in Masai Mara

Day three offers another full day to explore Maasai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. This day provides ample opportunity to spot more wildlife, including lions, elephants, cheetahs, and hyenas, as you traverse the savannah. Enjoy your final evening at the camp with dinner and rest.

You will arrive in Nairobi by late afternoon or early evening, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or residence, concluding your unforgettable Maasai Mara safari.
