4-Day Magical Central Island of Lake Turkana

Nairobi-Lowdar Town

You will be met by our driver at the JKIA Airport who will transfer you to Wilson airstrip for your flight to Lowdar Turkana County. On arrival, you will check in at your hotel thereafter go for an evening walk at the most famous Mountain called Masalaba Mountain which is a conserved area by the Catholics explaining how Jesus was persecuted and crucified inform of an art. At the top of this Mountain, you will have a beautiful view of Turkana County as a whole.

You will then come back to tour hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Explore the Magical Central Island of Lake Turkana

You will wake up at 6:30 am and have breakfast at your hotel thereafter you will have a 40 minutes drive to Lake Turkana shores. Here you will board a boat which is about 1 hour to the Great Central Island of Lake Turkana. Upon arrival at the Cantal Island of Lake Turkana, you will procced and hike to the top. A hidden gem in Kenya’s northern frontier. Discover the island’s breathtaking landscapes, home to three stunning crater lakes, including Flamingo Crater Lake and Crocodile Crater Lake. Marvel at the vibrant birdlife, ancient volcanic craters, and tranquil waters.

Lodwar To Nairobi

Wake up early in the morning for an early breakfast. Thereafter, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your transfer to JKIA where you will board your flight back home.
