Maun

We will depart from the hotel/lodge in Maun at 8:00 am, heading towards the Okavango Delta. It takes approximately one-hour to drive to the mokoro (traditional boat) station. Upon arrival, the polers will introduce themselves before guiding you on a 1.5 hour mokoro journey. Traveling by mokoro is undeniably the best way to experience the Okavango Delta and explore its waterways.

Upon the conclusion of the mokoro ride you will reach the island, where the camp crew will set up a table for lunch while they prepare the campsite. After a siesta, you will embark on a nature walk.

Each tent at the camp measures 3m x 3.5m and includes a stretch bed, a veranda, and an attached bathroom with a toilet, shower, and hand basin.

On the second day, you will take an early morning walk. After returning, you will have brunch followed a siesta. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a mokoro sunset excursion. You’ll then relax before having dinner.

Moremi Game Reserve

You will be picked up from the mokoro station in the Okavango Delta by your guide in a 4x4 safari vehicle for a two-to-three-hour drive to Moremi Game Reserve (via the south gate). After about an hour, we will stop by the gate for a packed lunch. Following lunch, you will begin a game drive en route to the camp, where you can rest until 3:00 pm. After your rest, afternoon tea will be served before you embark on an afternoon game drive, which will continue until sunset. After freshening up, you will have dinner and enjoy storytelling around the campfire.

You will spend two nights in Moremi Game Reserve. On day three, you will wake up early for breakfast before departing on a full-day motorboat excursion, returning at sunset.

Savuti

Savute is the wild heart of Chobe National Park, a landscape of grassland and water surrounded by dry woodland. Chobe National Park, with its diverse and striking scenery, will be your next destination. Savute is well known for its predators, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and even African wild dogs.

You will camp in private designated campsites, staying in a spacious 3m x 3.5m tent. Each tent is equipped with a stretcher bed, a private veranda, and an attached bathroom with a toilet, shower, and hand basin. Our staff will handle all camp chores.

Enjoy sundowners either on the drive to camp or upon arrival, followed by a delicious dinner. Over the next two days, you will explore southern Chobe National Park on game drives. You will stay in Savute for two nights.

Chobe National Park

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kasane, with a bush tea break along the way. A bush lunch will be served near Kasane before checking into your lodge. In the afternoon, you will embark on a boat cruise, offering the best way to experience the Chobe River and its abundant wildlife.

Chobe National Park - Victoria Falls

After breakfast, we will drive one-hour to Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. Upon arrival, you will check in at a centrally located lodge for a one-night stay on a bed and breakfast basis. The lodge is within walking distance of the world-famous falls and conveniently close to markets, restaurants, and shops.

With a full day available, you will have time to explore Victoria Falls and arrange additional activities of your choice beyond a tour of the falls.
