Awaken early for a hearty breakfast before setting off on an en-route game drive as you leave the Masai Mara National Reserve. This final drive offers one last opportunity to spot the incredible wildlife that inhabits the region, so keep your eyes peeled for any last-minute sightings as you make your way to the Isebania/Sirare border between Kenya and Tanzania.
Upon reaching the border, we will complete the necessary formalities, ensuring a smooth transition into Tanzania. After crossing, we will continue our journey toward Serengeti National Park. While it may be a long day of travel, the breathtaking landscapes and potential wildlife encounters along the way will make it worthwhile. As you travel through varied terrains, you might even spot herds of wildebeest or grazing elephants in the distance. After a day filled with adventure, enjoy dinner and a restful overnight stay at your campsite or lodge, setting the stage for more incredible experiences in the Serengeti.

Covering 6,900 square miles (18,000 square kilometers), this iconic park is home to over 2 million large animals, including more than a million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thomson's gazelles.
The rich diversity of prey attracts large predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas, all of which can be spotted during your game drives. In the afternoon, you will transfer to the Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the 8th Natural Wonder of the World. Its towering walls rise 2,000 feet above the crater floor, covering 102 square miles. This unique ecosystem acts as a sanctuary for a diverse array of wildlife, including the rare black rhino, making it a vital habitat for East Africa's indigenous species. After an exhilarating game drive, enjoy a delightful picnic lunch near the picturesque Hippo Lake, where you can relax and soak in the natural beauty surrounding you. Following lunch, we’ll take a short game drive to capture any last glimpses of the incredible wildlife before ascending the crater.
As we exit the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, we’ll head towards Arusha, expecting to arrive around 5:00 PM. However, we are flexible with timing to accommodate any travel arrangements or special requests you may have.
