You’ll be picked up from your hotel at 8 AM to embark on a captivating journey through the Great Rift Valley, where you'll enjoy a full-day game drive. Though relatively small (205 square miles) Lake Manyara National Park is renowned for its breathtaking scenery featuring lush acacia forests, towering fig and mahogany trees, and a vibrant population of baboons and blue monkeys
Here, you’ll encounter resident wildlife including giraffes, elephants, impalas, and buffalo as well as hippos residing in the lake. The stunning landscapes of Lake Manyara offer incredible photo opportunities with giraffes and buffaloes framed against the picturesque backdrop of the lake.
For those seeking more adventure optional activities such as biking or boating tours are available. You’ll return to your camp for a delicious dinner.

Serengeti National Park
After an early breakfast, we’ll depart for the world-renowned Serengeti National Park. While the drive is long, the scenery along the way is truly spectacular, making it an unforgettable experience for first-time visitors. As you journey deeper into the Serengeti, you'll quickly understand why its name translates to "endless plains" in the local language.
Covering an impressive 6,900 square miles (18,000 square kilometers), the park’s vast plains stretch to the horizon, challenging your sense of distance. It is the stage for the Great Migration, home to 2 million wildebeests, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and various species of antelopes. The Serengeti is also a prime habitat for big cats and other large predators, providing excellent opportunities to spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas, with many iconic scenes—like the famous river crossings—having been filmed here.

Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Arusha Region
After an early breakfast, we will descend into the crater at 6:15 AM, embarking on an exciting quest to spot the elusive black rhino. While rhinos can be challenging to find in this stunning landscape, the rich diversity of wildlife on the crater floor makes for easier viewing of many other animals.
After enjoying a delicious lunch, we will continue our game drive before ascending the crater and returning to your accommodation in Karatu.

Tarangire National Park
Your will pick you up from your accommodation after breakfast for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. This journey takes approximately two and a half hours along well-maintained tarmac roads. The park gets its name from the Tarangire River, the vital water source for wildlife in the region during the dry season often referred to as the "river of warthogs."
It is renowned for its large elephant families frequently seen gathering by the river as well as a variety of other wildlife including giraffes, bushbucks and hartebeests. These animals attract an array of predators such as lions and leopards. Notably Tarangire boasts the highest diversity of breeding bird species anywhere in the world! You’ll also encounter the park’s iconic ancient baobab trees some of which are believed to be over a thousand years old
Lunch will be enjoyed at a picnic site within the park. After an exciting game drive you’ll return to Arusha reflecting on the unforgettable wildlife experiences of the day.
