Travel to Kibale National Park
Set off for the western part of Uganda to the primate capital of the world. The Kibale National Park most common with the chimpanzee tracking adventure. The forest is also home to over 13 species of monkeys including the common vervet monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys, olive baboons, l'hoest monkeys, red colobus monkeys among others. Lunch in fortportal town followed by a city drive with great views of the Rwenzori mountains. Continue to the forest through the tea plantations and engage with the community in the tea fields. Proceed to your lodge for dinner and accommodation.

Chimpanzee tracking & Bigodi nature walk
Its the chimpanzee tracking day. Wake up to your breakfast at the lodge, grab our rain jackets, walking sticks, water proof pants and your gaiters. Head for the chimpanzee briefing and registration at 8 in the morning and there after proceed to the rain forest in search of the chimpanzees. Find them on the ground walking and follow them or up in the trees. Spend some time with them taking some great videos and pictures. Depart from the forest and head back to your lodge for relaxation and lunch.
In the evening, head to the community for a walk and swamp visit in Bigodi for some birding, butterflies and vervet monkeys.
Head back to your lodge for dinner and accommodation.

Breakfast from the lodge, pack our bags and set off for Kampala or Entebbe Airport for our onward journey. Lunch enroute.
