Upon arrival, you will be met by our Safari driver and drive to the Shaba National reserve in Nothern Kenya. Samburu, Shaba and Buffalo springs are major conservation area in this part of Northern corridor. The three are separated by roads but animals can move freely across the parks. The Ewaso Nyiro River is the main water catchment that supplies the reserves with water. The name ‘Ewaso Nyiro’, in the local language means river of muddy waters due to the brownish colour of its waters throughout the year.

Samburu National Reserve
This is the only area in Kenya where you can sight all the 'special five' animals including the Reticulated giraffe, Grevy's Zebra, Beisa Oryx, Somali Ostrich and the giraffe gazelle(Gerenuks). You can also interact with the critically endangered Pancake Tortoise during your drive.
A cultural visit(Optional) can be arranged in the evening. Visit to a traditional Samburu Village. Learn about the fascinating customs of the Samburu community, a proud warrior nation. Like their relatives the Masai, they too are nomadic pastoralists, who travel together with their herds of cattle, camels and goats. During your visit you will receive unique insight into the Samburu's ancient traditions and customs, including their homes, cooking methods and secrets to surviving in the African wilderness. Be entertained by some amazing cultural dancing and marvel at the layers of beaded jewellery that both men and women adorn themselves with.

Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Not far from Samburu National reserve, is the Olpejeta Conservancy. Visit to the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where these highly endangered and incredibly intelligent primates can be found. The sanctuary provides a haven for orphaned and abused chimpanzees who enjoy roaming freely in their vast natural enclosure. Many of the chimps that are taken to the sanctuary have been orphaned due to the abuse of man.
Visit and feed the tame black rhino from a specially created feeding platform. Black rhinos are by nature very aggressive and territorial and this will probably be your only opportunity of ever getting close to one of these magnificent and endangered creatures. Be sure to have your camera ready for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. You will also have the prospect of visiting the Morani Information Centre, named in honor of the first tame black rhino that called this conservancy home.

Ol Pejeta to Lake Nakuru National Park
After Breakfast, you will drive from the Laikipia plains through the rift valley escarpments to the floor of the valley where Lake Nakuru National park lies. Here you will check in to your hotel and have lunch after which you will tour the Lake Nakuru National Park. Created in 1961 to protect the alkaline lake of the same name, the park offers typical plains vegetation. Located 156 km northwest of Nairobi, Lake Nakuru derives its name from the Masai word "Enakuro" which means cloud of dust. It is home to many herbivores including Rothschild's giraffe, buffalo, hippo, gazelle and nearly 55 mammals including lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, rock hyraxes and reedbuck. Lake Nakuru National Park is famous for hosting both white and black rhinoceros, reintroduced after many years of absence.

Nakuru to Maasai Mara National Reserve
Drive from the lake region to the Maasai Mara plains. Discover the Masai Mara National Reserve, the most famous and most visited reserve in Kenya. Covering an area of 1510 km², the Masai Mara reserve is in fact the extension in Kenyan territory of the vast Serengeti Park in Tanzania. Together, they constitute a huge ecosystem in which animals move freely. It is not only home to the 'Big 5' but also a variety of other mammals, birds and reptiles.
-Composed of vast rolling plains and hills, the Masai Mara is dotted with umbrella thorn acacias and thorny thickets. In the Maa language, Mara means "spotted" and may refer to the colorful landscapes. Alternatively, the name may refer to the arrival of over two million herbivores during the annual migration

Balloon safari in the Masai Mara(Optional), a magical experience as you take in a bird's eye view of the vast, rolling plains below you. This unique and exhilarating excursion takes place early in the morning when you can marvel at the fantastic sight of the rising sun and gently float over the thousands of animals below you. This is the best time to spot wildlife as well as enjoy the peaceful vistas and crisp, clear air. Undisturbed by your presence, the animals will continue with their daily activities as you snap away and marvel at the beauty of Africa. The balloon safari ends by touching down in the wilds of the Masai Mara to enjoy a delectable champagne breakfast.

Maasai Mara to Naivasha
Drive from maasai mara national reserve to the shores of lake Naivasha. An afternoon guided walk on Crescent Island situated in the deepest part of Lake Naivasha will be the main activity of the day. You will be transferred by boat to the Island, the shores of this beautiful piece of paradise host an abundance of bird life and have especially large numbers of pelicans, cormorant and fish eagles. While the island is secure and private it is connected to the mainland and this allows animals to roam freely. See hippos grazing in the cool afternoon air or resting under acacia trees in the heat of day, while giraffe who were born on the island come back to birth their own young. The scenic beauty and sense of freedom in this little park has seen many film makers alight on its shores to film herds of wildebeest, waterbuck and zebra passing through the grassy savanna.

- Amboseli national park is a land mark of big game adventure including free range of Elephant herds, Masai giraffes, spotted hyenas, cheetah, Grant zebras, lions, the great blue wildebeest, cape buffaloes, impalas, elephants, wild dogs, crocodiles, nocturnal porcupines, mongooses, dik -dik, lesser kudus, hippos, Rhinos, and many more. The Park has a stunning place to view the highest Mountain in Africa Mount Kilimanjaro. Amboseli National park was established to protect wildlife and the core ecosystem that make up the park to extend out across the border of Tanzania. The park is made up of embodies comprised of five main wildlife habitat such as open plains, woodland, acacia, rocky thorn bush county, swamps and Marsh land and also covers other areas of Pleistocene lake basin and dominated with dry areas outside during rainy seasons.

An early morning game drive will be ideal on this day. There is little disturbance and some of the shy animals have not yet gone into hiding. During sunrise, the views of the highest peak of the snow-capped Mt Kilimanjaro are spectacular. You will then head for breakfast and proceed for another game drive before Lunch is served at the lodge. The day will be graced by an afternoon game drive and the sunset will force you back to the lodge before dusk.

This will be the last day with us on this thrilling experience.
After breakfast, you will conclude you trip with a trip en-route to Nairobi for departure.
You will drive to Nairobi with a drop off at the airport as we end our services.
