Ngorongoro Crater

Your private guide(s) will debrief you after breakfast at your Arusha hotel - then you will be on your way transferring towards Ngorongoro Highlands. Along the way you will capture incredible views of the Great Rift Valley and Lake Manyara.

Stop in Karatu Town to visit some shops and lunch before arriving at the Ngorongoro Crater for an afternoon game drive.
Descending over the crater rim - capture incredible panoramic views of one of the Natural Wonders of the World. Spend the rest of the afternoon exploring the crater floor - although small is a safe haven for wildlife including: Water buffalo, Black Rhino, Elephants, Lions and much more.

After your game drive ascend the rim and arrive at your crater rim accommodation in time for sundowners on the viewing deck and dinner.

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive

We recommend starting this morning as easly as possible - perhaps even taking a boxed breakfast so that you can start your descent to the crater floor just as the sun is rising across the horizon. Spend the morning exploring and game driving on the crater floor once more - although a small park it is a magical place that offers incredible wildlife sights and a picturesque back drop. Stop by a hippo pool to enjoy your box breakfast or coffee and snacks.

After your game drive ascend the crater rim and return to your luxury accommodation for enjoyment for the rest of the afternoon.

Air Transfer to Northern Serengeti

An early morning transfer from your Ngorongoro Crater lodge to the nearby Manyara landing strip to board your charter flight to the Northern Serengeti. Arriving in the Northern Serengeti by mid-morning you will be greeted by your guide(s) once more!

Spend the rest of the day exploring the area - the main goal will be to witness a river crossing event!
Once ready to retire arrive at your luxury tented lodge located nearby the Mara River.

Northern Serengeti

Spend the full day exploring the northern region of the Serengeti! Again the goal will be to witness a river crossing event - although there is also opportunity to game drive and look for predator cats such as lions and leopards.

Choose as a group to either take a delicious hot picnic lunch on the road or return to your camp for lunch and some relaxing at your camp.

Transfer to Central Serengeti

Spend a final morning in the Northern Region of the Serengeti - once ready start transferring towards the central region, game driving along the way. The Central Region is popular year round due to its large density of predator cats - this is because this area has access to fresh water year round!

Spend as much of the day as you please game driving and exploring before retiring to your luxury camp for a relaxing swim in the pool or sundowner on the viewing deck.

Return Air Transfer
