Transfer from Nairobi and Cultural Immersion

Your Masai Mara National Reserve safari begins with an early morning* pick-up from Nairobi in a 4WD safari van, featuring a pop-up roof for ideal wildlife viewing. En route, you’ll stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint to admire the scenery followed by coffee at Narok Coffee House before continuing to Kambu Mara Camp for lunch. Search 'Kambu Mara Camp' for reviews.

The afternoon starts with a visit to the Beads Museum, where you'll discover the intricate artistry of Maasai beadwork and its cultural importance. Then, you’ll immerse yourself in Masai culture with a visit to a nearby Masai Manyatta village, experiencing traditional dances and learning about their deep ties to the land.
Thereafter, you'll engage in activities at the camp —see website for details.

*For those arriving later, there is an option for a late pick-up in Nairobi locations including the airport. This option means arriving at camp later in the day and skipping the scheduled cultural immersion activities.
