Day 5

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

This whole day is dedicated to exploring the Serengeti through exhilarating game drives. The Serengeti is renowned for its rich wildlife, including impala, buffalo, crocodile, and hippo, but it is particularly famous for the spectacular migrations of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. The migration of the animals is influenced by the rainfall patterns and changes annually. During the months of November and December, wildlife migrates from the northern areas, characterized by woodlands and hills, to the expansive grassy plains in the south. In the extended rainy season from April to June, they migrate back to the north. In addition to the migrating herds, there is a chance to observe the resident predators—leopards, cheetahs, and lions—as they engage in their vital roles within the circle of life.
After an incredible day, we will head back to your lodging for some well-deserved relaxation, dinner, and a restful night on The Endless Plain.
