After a hearty breakfast, your experienced driver/guide and a Kiliclimb Africa Safari representative will meet you at your hotel in Arusha for a brief overview of your journey. Then, you’ll set off on a drive to Serengeti National Park.

As you travel, take in the breathtaking open plains and expansive skies that define the Serengeti landscape. The approximately five-hour drive provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy the stunning scenery and maybe even spot some wildlife along the way.

Upon arrival, you’ll settle into your accommodations at Budget Camping, where a delicious dinner awaits. Spend the night surrounded by the beauty of the Serengeti, gearing up for the thrilling adventures that lie ahead in this iconic national park.

Day 3

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early morning meal, set off on an immersive tour of the Ngorongoro Crater floor. A packed picnic lunch will be provided for your convenience. Globally recognized for its biodiversity, Ngorongoro Crater is an exceptional destination, particularly for spotting the endangered black rhinoceros.

Enjoy your picnic by the hippo pool, where you’ll have a stunning view of the lake and observe numerous hippos basking in the refreshing water. Following your visit, a scenic three-hour drive will take you back to Arusha. Your adventure concludes with a drop-off at Budget Lodge.

Day 4

Mountain Kilimanjaro

Mountain Kilimanjaro

Embark on a day trip to the legendary Mount Kilimanjaro, the iconic snow-capped peak that draws adventurers from around the world. While reaching the summit in a single day isn't possible, this excursion allows you to tackle the initial leg of the famous Marangu route.

Your journey begins in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to the Marangu Gate for registration. This southeastern approach sets the stage for your epic hike through lush rainforests, alive with the sounds of chirping birds and playful Colobus monkeys.

As you trek through lower altitudes, take a break to enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature's beauty on your way to Mandara Hut. After a refreshing 30 to 45-minute pause at Mandara Hut, begin your leisurely descent back to the Main Gate.

Upon concluding your trek, your driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel, where the soothing strains of relaxing music will help you unwind after a day of adventure, ensuring a comfortable and tranquil return journey.
