Day 2

We'll pick you up from your hotel, and after meeting your guide and chef, you’ll set off on a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its diverse landscapes and iconic baobab trees. Home to the largest concentration of elephants in Tanzania, the park offers incredible opportunities to observe these majestic creatures up close.

Enjoy a game drive through the park, focusing on areas where wildlife is frequently spotted. Along with giraffes, wildebeest, and zebras, the excitement comes from searching for elusive predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

You'll later head to a scenic picnic spot by the Tarangire River, where you can savor lunch while enjoying views of the river and surrounding wildlife. Watch out for playful monkeys and baboons that may try to sneak a snack, but there's no need to worry.

The Serengeti spans a vast 14,750 square kilometers (5,700 square miles) and is famous for the dramatic migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and 250,000 zebras, which form a vital survival partnership.

Our focus will be on the Seronera region, at the heart of the Serengeti. You’ll arrive in the late afternoon and, after lunch, embark on an exciting game drive through Seronera. Explore the area as you witness the stunning wildlife and landscapes until evening. As the sun sets, you may even catch sight of a predator in action, whether hunting or feeding. Afterward, you’ll head back to the campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast Serengeti National Park, you'll set off on a morning game drive, offering plenty of chances to spot a wide range of wildlife. As the day progresses, you'll return to camp for lunch and to pack up. While exiting the Serengeti, you'll continue your game drive, making the most of the wildlife sightings along the way. Your journey will then take you to the Ngorongoro Simba Campsite, perched on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, just a two-hour drive away.

Day 5

Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Crater is Tanzania's premier wildlife park, known for its stunning landscapes and abundant wildlife. After an early breakfast, you'll head to the Ngorongoro viewpoint, where you'll be treated to a breathtaking panorama of the crater.

You’ll then descend into the crater in search of the elusive black rhinos. While spotting rhinos can be tricky, the crater floor offers excellent visibility for observing a wide variety of other wildlife. As the crown jewel of Tanzania’s parks, the Ngorongoro Crater features a self-sustaining ecosystem, allowing animals to thrive without migrating beyond its boundaries.

After lunch, enjoy another game drive within the crater before ascending and making your way back to your hotel in Arusha.
