Day 1

Pick up from hotel in Entebbe or Kampala and drive to Murchison falls Np, with detour at Ziwa Rhino

This day, you will be picked up from hotel in Entebbe or Kampala or any other place of your convenience and drive to Murchison falls Np, with detour at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. At this destination, you will be looking for the 1st of the big 5, and later continue the journey to Murchison falls national park through Kaniyo Pabidi forest, you will visit the top of the famous murchison falls today evening before checking in to your lodge for overnight stay.

A distance of 170KM, approximate 3Hours Drive from Kampala to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary.

Day 2

Today after an early breakfast,(Optional Chimpazee tracking at Kaniyo Pabidi) you will start game drive looking out for African Elephant, Buffalos, Lions and Leopards, and other several antelopes, Giraffes, hogs etc. Plus different species of birds and other wildlife. You will stay in game drive until noon, after hot lunch, you will join other people to take a boat trip to the top of the bottom of the falls, this is where you will enjoy another set of animals, take photos of the falls.

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

You will checkout from your hotel early after breakfast and drive for a quite long distance to Queen Elizabeth National Park, a lunch break in Fort Portal Town. Early arrival will give a chance to do evening game drive as you connect to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

(optional chimpanzee tracking in Karinzu Central Forest) This morning after early Breakfast, you will start your game drive to the kasenyi plains looking for big game and other wildlife. If time allows, you will visit the kasenyi salty lake to see flamingos, learn about salt mining etc. you will visit the Kasenyi Craft shop for those interested in buying some souvenir to take home. After lunch you will drive to mweya peninsula to join others and you take a boat trip at the famous Kazinga Channel where you hardly miss Elephants, buffalos, waterbacks and other bunch of animals that visit the lake for water.

You will drive on a low pace, depending on the information on ground about the tree climbing lions, you will visit the Ishasha area and look for tree climbing lions and other wildlife. Afternoon you drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park through Kihihi Town.

Today for those who have paid for gorilla permits will gather at the rangers post for briefing prior gorilla tracking as the rest attend the nature walk in the forest, after gorilla tracking you will directly drive to lake Mburo National Park and add night game drive to look for leopard, bush babies and other nocturnal wildlife.
