Day 1

In the early morning, you'll depart from Entebbe and begin the scenic 5-6 hour drive to Kibale Forest National Park, known for its large chimpanzee population. Upon arrival, you'll check in at Kibale Forest Camp, enjoy lunch, and have some time to relax before your afternoon activity.
In the afternoon, you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing by a park ranger, who will provide guidelines for chimpanzee trekking. Afterward, you'll embark on a chimpanzee trek in the forest, observing these fascinating creatures in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

After breakfast at your lodge, you will embark on a drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, a journey that takes about 2-3 hours. Along the way, you can enjoy the scenic beauty of the Ugandan countryside, with possible wildlife sightings as you drive through the park. Upon arrival at the park, you’ll check in at Pumba Safari Cottages, where you’ll enjoy lunch and prepare for your afternoon activity.
In the afternoon, you'll head to the Kazinga Channel for a boat safari, where you'll have the chance to see hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, and various bird species. The boat cruise is a highlight of the trip, offering a chance to view wildlife from a unique perspective. Afterward, you’ll return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay. The boat safari is included in your accommodation package.

You’ll start the day with an early morning game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park, a prime opportunity to spot animals such as elephants, lions, leopards, and buffaloes as they roam the savannah. The game drive will allow you to experience the park’s wildlife waking up for the day, making it a memorable start to your day.
After your exciting game drive, you will head toward Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. On the way, you'll pass through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, known as Ishasha, where you might be lucky enough to spot tree-climbing lions. Upon arrival in Bwindi, you will check in at Broadbill Forest Camp, where you’ll relax and enjoy your evening. All meals are included in this day's package.

Day 4

On this day, you will embark on the unforgettable experience of gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. After an early breakfast, you will attend a briefing at the park headquarters about the safety rules and guidelines for trekking. Once assigned to a specific gorilla family, you'll begin your trek through the dense forest in search of these incredible creatures. The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 7 hours depending on the location of the gorillas.
After your trek, you’ll return to the park headquarters where you’ll receive a certificate to commemorate your encounter with the gorillas. Following this, you'll drive to Lake Bunyonyi, known as the "Lake of a Thousand Islands," and check in at Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort. This tranquil spot offers stunning views, and you’ll enjoy a relaxing evening, reflecting on your amazing experience with the gorillas.

Day 5

On the final day, after breakfast at Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort, you will begin your journey back to Kampala or Entebbe. The drive takes around 5-6 hours, offering you a chance to savor the scenery of Uganda’s countryside one last time. Along the way, you will stop in Mbarara for lunch, allowing you to enjoy some local cuisine and stretch your legs before continuing your journey.
You’ll also make a memorable stop at the Equator, where you can take photos and shop for souvenirs to remember your Ugandan adventure. Afterward, you’ll continue your journey to either Entebbe or Kampala, where your tour will conclude, and you'll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, depending on your travel arrangements.
