Approximately 30,000 large mammals, including buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos, live there year-round, along with a wide variety of birds, including flamingos, eagles, and buzzards. At 470 square kilometers, Lake Manyara—also referred to as Lake Moya by the Iraqw people—is the seventh-largest lake in Tanzania. It is situated in the Monduli District of the Arusha Region. It is a lake in the East African Rift's Natron-Manyara-Balangida branch that is shallow and alkaline.

After breakfast, you will be taken to our village located in the middle of Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Park where you will be welcomed with songs, after the welcome you will participate in various daily activities but you will also have the opportunity to visit our school project and play with the children.
