Day 1

Your safari adventure begins as you depart Nairobi for the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. The journey is a picturesque drive through Kenya's Great Rift Valley, offering breathtaking views of the escarpment. Along the way, you'll pass through Maasai villages and rolling grasslands teeming with wildlife, providing a glimpse of the incredible experience that awaits you in the Masai Mara.

After a 5- to 6-hour drive, you'll arrive in the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your safari lodge or camp. Following a refreshing meal and a short rest, you will embark on your first afternoon game drive. As you venture into the reserve, you'll witness the vast plains and rolling hills for which the Masai Mara is famous. The Mara is home to the Big Five - lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros - as well as hundreds of other species.

Day 3

After breakfast, you'll bid farewell to the Masai Mara and embark on a scenic drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. This journey takes you through the agricultural heartland of Kenya, where you’ll see rolling farmlands and rural towns that give you a glimpse of local life. Arriving at Lake Nakuru around midday, you’ll check into your lodge and have lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

Lake Nakuru is famous for its flamingos; thousands of them line the shores of the soda lake, creating a stunning pink panorama. However, in recent years, fluctuating water levels have led to the flamingos migrating to other lakes. Nevertheless, Lake Nakuru remains a haven for other wildlife. The park is a designated rhino sanctuary, and you're almost guaranteed to see both black and white rhinos grazing in the open plains or near the lake. The park also boasts healthy populations of buffalos, zebras, giraffes, and waterbucks, as well as a variety of predators, including lions and leopards.

You’ll arrive in Amboseli in the afternoon, with Mount Kilimanjaro - Africa’s highest peak - dominating the skyline. After checking into your lodge or camp, you’ll head out for an afternoon game drive in the park. Amboseli is known for its large herds of elephants, and it’s not uncommon to see these majestic creatures marching across the plains with the snow-capped peaks of Kilimanjaro in the background.

Today, you’ll spend a full day exploring Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s most famous wildlife reserves. The park’s open plains, swamps, and woodlands are ideal for game viewing, and with Mount Kilimanjaro as a backdrop, the scenery is nothing short of spectacular.

After breakfast, you’ll set off on a morning game drive, where you’ll likely encounter Amboseli’s famous elephants, often seen in large herds led by matriarchs. The park is also home to buffaloes, zebras, impalas, lions, and cheetahs.
