After breakfast, travel south, crossing the equator to The Aberdare Country Club, nestled on the slopes of Mweiga Hill. After lunch and high tea, set off for Naro moru River Lodge, located in the forest on mountain slopes of the Aberdare Mountains at 7,000 feet. This outstanding lodge offers high-altitude game viewing, including animals rarely encountered elsewhere; giant forest hog, bush pig, tree hyrax, large spotted genet, and the elusive bongo. Wildlife can be observed from different levels; from outside, you can see, hear and smell everything, and from inside, you can sit with a cup of tea and stay warm and cozy.
You can request to be awakened at night if your favourite animals show up. A herd of elephants might be just feet away, and if you are lucky, a leopard or large male lion might appear.

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Lake Naivasha National Park
You will have an early morning game drive en route to Lake Naivasha. It is the highest and most beautiful of the Rift Valley lakes. Naivasha is yet another area popular for birdwatching (over 400 species). There are no crocodiles in the lake, as the water is too cold for them due to the altitude, but there are several hippos.
An optional boat ride can be organized at an extra cost. You will also visit Crescent Island, which can be described as a garden, an animal sanctuary or simply a little paradise. If you enjoy photography, then you will be overwhelmed by the beauty that Crescent Island holds. From small to big animals and birds, the sunset hits the water’s surface and the lush green vegetation that covers the space. Most of the animals here are herbivores, such as giraffes, zebras, impalas and hippos.
Lunch, dinner, and overnight accommodation are at Avian Court Hotel Naivasha.
Lake Naivasha - Amboseli National Park
You will have an early morning drive to Amboseli National Park. You will check in at your accommodation and have lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a game drive.
Amboseli National Park is situated due south of Nairobi. Most of the park consists of a dry, ancient lake bed and fragile grassland with patches of acacia woodland. In the southern area, there are a number of small, rocky volcanic hills. The park is known as the best place to view large herds of elephants up close. There is an immense view of Mount Kilimanjaro across the border of Kenya and Tanzania. It is also dominated by the vast Lake Amboseli, which is dry outside the rainy season. There are more than 600 species of birds in the park.
Lunch, dinner, and overnight accommodation are at Amboseli Sentrim Lodge.

Amboseli National Park
You’ll rise early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, and a packed lunch will be provided. An optional visit to a Maasai village can be planned after breakfast (at an extra cost). The visit reveals the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience.
Despite its changing, Amboseli National Park is possibly the best wildlife area in Africa to experience elephants at close range. Left carefree, elephants feeding and bathing in the swamps must form the highlights of any safari.
