Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK) for domestic flights, you'll be warmly welcomed by a representative from African Big Cats Safaris. You'll then be transferred to your accommodation in Arusha for a relaxing overnight stay at the Mount Meru Hotel. Nestled in serene surroundings, this luxurious retreat offers a perfect blend of African rhythm and tranquility, providing an ideal atmosphere to unwind and rejuvenate your senses after your journey.

After breakfast, we'll depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its vast elephant herds and the Tarangire River, a vital water source during the dry season. Explore the park’s diverse landscapes and spot wildlife such as giraffes, bushbuck, and predators like lions. Tarangire is also renowned for its incredible birdlife. After a full day of game drives and a picnic lunch, we’ll head to Kitela Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a 6-7 hour game drive in the Serengeti, home to vast herds of zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes, along with predators like lions and cheetahs. By 2:00 pm, we’ll head to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at Africa Safari Karatu (Safari Comfort Bungalow).
