Day 1

Your guide will meet you for a short briefing. This will cover the safari details and important tips and to answer any questions.

Around midday, you’ll stop at a scenic spot within the park for a picnic lunch. While eating, you can continue observing wildlife and enjoy the tranquility of the park. The picnic will include a packed lunch with a variety of food options (sandwiches, fruits, snacks, and drinks).

After your game drive, you’ll exit the park in the late afternoon and drive to Mto wa Mbu Village (about a 1-hour drive from Tarangire).

Day 2

On your way to the Serengeti, you'll pass through Olduvai Gorge, a significant paleoanthropological site. If time allows, you can stop to explore the museum or take in the views of this historic landmark, which is known as the "Cradle of Mankind", for the discovery of early human fossils.

As you drive towards the Serengeti, you’ll almost immediately encounter wildlife, which offers fantastic opportunities for photography along the way.

Once you arrive in the Serengeti, you’ll be fully immersed in one of Africa's most iconic ecosystems. Known for its annual wildebeest migration, the park is home to an incredible array of wildlife, including lions, leopards, elephants, and more.

After lunch, you'll continue your afternoon game drive through the Serengeti, which offers excellent chances to spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, along with vast herds of herbivores.

Day 3

11:30 AM: Head back to the lodge after your morning drive. Take some time to refresh and relax.

12:00 PM: Enjoy a hearty lunch at the lodge, sharing highlights from the morning's game drive with fellow travelers.

Enjoy an early breakfast at Ngorongoro Ang’ata Tented Lodge to fuel up for the day ahead.

After breakfast, begin your descent over 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater. This unique ecosystem is rich in wildlife due to its year-round water supply and abundant fodder.

Enjoy a picnic lunch within the crater, taking in the stunning surroundings and reflecting on the morning's wildlife encounters.

In the late afternoon, start your journey back to Arusha. Enjoy the scenic views along the way.

Depending on your travel plans, check into a hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay or proceed directly to the airport for your departure.
