Arrival & Transfer to Sipi Falls

A Nyanja Safaris Uganda professional driver/guide will pick you up from the airport (morning hours), or at the hotel after your breakfast, and drive you to Sipi Falls in eastern Uganda, located on the foothills of Mt. Elgon.

Along the way, you will pass through Jinja, the source of the Nile, where you will enjoy breathtaking views of the rolling hills and local villages. Upon arrival at Sipi, check into your lodge and relax.

Sipi Falls Hike & Transfer to Kidepo Valley NP

After breakfast, embark on a guided hike to the three tumbling Sipi Falls, get your cameras ready to capture that beautiful moment. Later, begin your journey to Kidepo Valley National Park, Uganda’s most isolated yet spectacular park, renowned for its rugged savannah landscapes and wildlife.

Upon arrival at Kidepo, check into your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Game Drives & Cultural Experience in Kidepo Valley NP

After an early breakfast, head for a morning game drive across the Narus Valley, which is known for its rich vegetation and wildlife. Look out for lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, cheetahs, ostriches, and other wildlife species. After the drive, return to the lodge, relax, and have lunch.

After lunch, head out for a cultural visit to the Karamojong community, where you will interact with the local people, learning about their pastoralist lifestyle, traditional dances, and crafts.

Game Drive & Nile Boat Cruise in Murchison Falls NP

After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile, where you will view elephants, buffaloes, lions, giraffes, and birds, among other wildlife. Return to the lodge for lunch.

After lunch, embark on a boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, where you will have beautiful views of huge hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species along the riverbanks. After the ride, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
