Arrivals at Entebbe Airport this evening. Our representative will meet you at brief you on the next of your safari program, transfer to your lodge in Entebbe or Kampala for dinner and overnight stay. Early arrivals have a chance for a nature walk at Botanical Gardens Entebbe. The place is filled with monkeys, birds, giant trees and is along the shore of lake victoria.

Day 2

Drive to Pian Upe game Reserve via Jinja

Drive to Pian Upe game Reserve via Jinja

Start very early morning and drive to Pian Upe wildife reserve via Jinja, the source of the Nile River. Lunch break will be Mbale town later drive to the reserve for a short game drive before continuing to Moroto. Pian Upe is the second largest conservation area after Murchison Falls NP located in Eastern Uganda. It is famous for the beautiful Roan Antelopes, the gigantic common Elands and occasional Cheetahs, plus lots of other wildlife.

Day 3

Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park

We check out our camp early morning, have breakfast and start the drive to Kidepo Valley National Park arriving in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Kidepo Valley National park has spectacular scenery than any other reserve in Uganda. It contains the biggest herds of Cape Buffalos, Elephant, Lion, Leopard and Cheetahs.

We start very early in the moring after breakfast for game drive in Kidepo Valley National Park up to the hot springs. Optional drive to the community this afternoon for a village walk to experience the day-to-day lifestyle of the Karamajong people (sometimes referred to as warrior nomads) who are distinct culturally from the rest of the Ugandan people.

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park. It’s quite a journey that includes bumby roads, sometimes muddy or dusty that will take the whole day. We have a few stops to stretch legs. We shall have a lunch break in Gulu City. Arrival will be late this afternoon. We stay at lodge overlooking the Albert Nile just a couple of km away from the main gate.

Game drive and Boat trip in the park

Game drive and Boat trip in the park

Morning game drive here where we expect to see a huge concentration of wildlife including Lion, Leopard, African Elephant, Bush duikers, Elephant, Giraffe, Hartebeest, Uganda Kob, Oribi, Jackals, Hyena, cape Buffalo, etc. We shall have picnic lunch and later go for a Boat cruise along the calmer stretches of the Nile to the bottom of the falls in the afternoon. Giant Nile crocodiles are mostly seen here, African elephant, hippos, occasional shoebill and many other wildlife. We drive to Masindi after here.

Visit Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking

Visit Ziwa Rhino and Wildlife Ranch / Sanctuary, lunch at Ziwa and later drive to Kampala/Entebbe. At Ziwa you have a chance to see the Rhinos as they graze at close distance for an hour. There are several other animals like the waterbuck, bushbuck, bush duikers, warthog, Giraffe and lots of birds. Later drive to Kampala/Entebbe.
