Once you set foot on Tanzanian soil, you will immediately be embraced by the friendly nature of the people. Outside our representative awaits with a broad simile to welcome you, and accompany you to the lodge where you will receive a heartfelt welcome. During the journey, you will catch a glimpse of Tanzania's amazing landscape, and perhaps the ever-present Impressive Mt. Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a briefing for your entire safari.

Day 2

Breakfast: At the lodge.
Morning: Tarangire National Park is named after the Tarangire River that flows through its borders. One of its main highlights is undoubtedly the large herds of majestic elephants, who thrive in the abundant food source available, making them bigger, and stronger than in any other place.
The park's landscape is also filled with many ancient baobab trees some of which are believed to be over 700 years old, which adds to the stunning beauty of the landscape.
Keep your eyes peeled as you explore the park, and you may also spot lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, waterbucks, and more than 400 bird species have been recorded here.
Lunch: enjoy a picnic in the park.
After lunch, you’ll continue your wildlife-viewing drive to witness the wildlife of Tarangire National Park. Afterward, you’ll head to our permanent camp in the wilderness of Tarangire National Park.
Dinner: At the camp.
In the evening, you'll enjoy a sunset with a glass of beer or gin & tonic.

Day 3
Tarangire to Central Serengeti National Park

Rise and shine, you’ll start your safari early in the morning with a delightful breakfast, before embarking on a short drive from our camp into the Ngorongoro conservation area. This is our getaway into the stunning Serengeti National Park, one of the largest, and most diverse national parks in Tanzania.
Serengeti National Park is renowned for its vast plains, and great migration, which are home to numerous predators, including over 3000 lions, leopards, hyenas, cheetahs, and other animals. As you explore the park, be on the lookout for these amazing creatures, and soak in the breathtaking landscape of the open plains dotted with kopjes.
You'll have a picnic lunch.
In the afternoon, you'll enjoy an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti National Park, enjoying the landscape dotted with inselbergs known as kopjes on the lookout for the big cats.
You'll have dinner at the camp.
In the evening, you are free to remain in the lounge or campfire.

Day 4

You'll have breakfast at the camp
Morning: In the next two days, you’ll be venturing towards the northern region of Serengeti National Park, renowned for the world-famous River crossing at the Mara River.
You'll embark on an exhilarating chase after the great migration, one of the world's most spectacular natural events. It’s the undisputed highlight of the safari experience, and a dream come true for any wildlife enthusiast.
Lunch: A picnic in the sight of migration.
You'll witness the ground tremble as thousands upon thousands of hooves pound the earth, trying to cross the crocodile-infested Mara River in search of good grazing, and water. Meanwhile, top predators like crocodiles, lions, leopards, hyenas, and more await patiently to strike.
You'll have dinner at the camp.
You'll spend the nights in the migration camp, strategically located close to the migration, ensuring you won’t miss a single moment of the action.

Breakfast at the camp.
After an early breakfast, you will head out to make the most of the day. There is a chance you may see the animals crossing the Mara River. Hundreds of thousands of desperate wildebeest gather together on the banks of the river, gazing wistfully across the turbulent water at the green grass on the other side but no animal will make a move. All it takes is one brave wildebeest to take the literal plunge and, then, all follow! The animals that successfully avoid the awaiting crocodile jaws and make it over the river are rewarded with the lush green grazing grass of the Masai Mara.
Dinner: At the camp.
Evening: You'll spend the nights in the so-called migration camp, strategically located close to the migration, ensuring you won’t miss a single moment of the action.

Day 6

Breakfast: at the camp
Morning: This morning is set aside for game drives in the Serengeti. The Serengeti boasts an abundance of wildlife such as impalas, buffalos, crocodiles, and hippos. In addition to the iconic landscapes, you have a good chance of encountering predators and you may see lions, cheetahs, and leopards. It is a truly life-changing experience.
Lunch: Picnic in the wilderness,
Afternoon: (Optional) You’ll visit the Olduvai Gorge, and learn about the origin of humankind, and some time at the museum.
You'll have dinner at the lodge.
Evening: You'll enjoy the views of the Ngorongoro Crater from your room.

Day 7

You'll have breakfast at the lodge.
You'll leave your lodge very early in the morning and descend 610 meters to the grasslands of the crater floor, an area of about 265 square kilometers. Despite its small size, the crater is a Big Five country and the openness of the terrain means wildlife viewing. You'll spend the day exploring the crater floor, stopping to picnic on the grasslands amidst the grazing herds. Formed by a massive volcanic eruption, the world’s largest intact and unflooded caldera provides a year-round home to an astonishing 25,000 large mammals, including black rhinos, wildebeests, and zebras, along with Africa’s densest concentrations of hyenas.
Lunch: picnic.
The crater’s forests shelter elephants and buffalos, and its wetlands are home to hippos and flamingos. Lions, jackals, leopards, and caracals make up the full range of predators.
Afternoon: You'll leave the crater and drive back to Arusha. Your guide will drop you at the airport for your onward connection.
