3-Day Bwindi Gorilla and Lake Bunyonyi Mid-Range Tour

Arrival at kigali International Airport and transfer to Bwindi National park

Arrive at Kigali Airport and receive a warm welcome by Alive Africa Adventure representative. He will brief you about your trip and then transfer you to Bwindi national park. You will check in at your lodge on arrival. You will have an evening relaxation and overnight at your lodge.

Gorilla trekking experience and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi

On this day, you will get ready for transfer to the briefing point as you start your tracking activity. You will then proceed to the jungle in search of the gorillas in their natural habitats. The trekking experience can take you 2-6 hours dpending on where gorillas are located at that particular day. On finding them, you will spend one full hour in their presence as you observe their behaviors. At the end of the activity, you will return to your lodge for hot lunch and then get ready for road transfer to Lake Bunyonyi.

Transfer back to Kigali

On this last day of your trip, you will explore Lake Bunyonyi in the morning and explore the lake by canoeing. On the lake you will sight different bird species and explore different islands on the lake.
You will then embark on your journey to Kigali via Katuna boarder and the journey takes you about three hours.
