Our tour will lead you through the heart of this colonial town, where you will have the chance to visit the local open market. Here, you can engage your senses with the colorful displays of fresh produce, handcrafted goods, and traditional Malagasy snacks. After your enriching visit to the market and exploration of the city, we will drive you back to your hotel, ensuring that you are settled in comfortably.

At 8:00 am today, after morning breakfast, we will drive you to Amber Montagne National Park for 1 hour on a good and paved road. Here, you can choose from a range of good hiking routes and meet your local guide to start the hike. Amber Montagne is the first national park created in Madagascar. Here it is easy to see the smallest chameleon in the world and wonder. You will see a few lemurs (crowned and Sanford’s); birds like Madagascar crested ibis and white-throated oxalates and various reptiles as well the endemic plants. We'll drive smoothly back on the same road to Joffre Village for lunch. Then, you'll reach your hotel in Diego city. The rest of the day at your leisure.

Upon arrival at the Emerald Sea, you’ll be greeted by a stunning landscape that boasts pristine white sand beaches—truly a paradise for beach lovers. This idyllic stretch of coastline is not just a feast for the eyes; it's also perfect for swimming and snorkeling, thanks to the warm, shallow waters that make for an ideal natural playground. At 7:30 am, you'll set off on a journey towards Ambilobe, a vibrant town located near the stunning Ankarana National Park. As you leave the hotel, take a moment to admire the early morning scenery and prepare for an exciting day ahead. Your first stop will be the breathtaking Red Tsingy Rouges, a remarkable geological formation characterized by its striking red earth and unique rock formations. This natural wonder is often described as otherworldly, and it's an excellent opportunity for photography enthusiasts to capture stunning images of the vibrant landscape. After your time at the Red Tsingy, you'll continue your journey to Ambilobe town. As you travel, you might see small villages, rice fields, and traditional Malagasy homes, allowing you to immerse yourself in the rich culture of the region.

At 7:30 am today, you and your guide will start your hiking trail to discover different species of lemurs and other wildlife including Perrier’s black lemur, northern sportive lemur, dwarf lemurs, ring-tailed mongoose, fossa, tenrecs. This park is home to 100 bird species, 50 reptiles including some endemic and threatened snakes and geckos, and 10 frog species. Inside the spectacular and huge labyrinth of caves, there are 14 bat species. After your picnic lunch in the park, you will walk back to get your hotel and the rest of the day at your leisure.

Ambilobe - Ambanja village - Nosy Be Island

At 7:30 am today, you will head to the beach at Nosy Be Island.
You will leave Ambilobe town and drive for 4 hours on a good, paved road to Ankify Port, passing through Ambanja village. En route, you will stop at a cacao plantation and have the opportunity to purchase some products from local farmers. After that, you will continue to Ankify Port to board your speedboat. The crossing will take approximately 45 minutes to reach your hotel on Nosy Be Island. Once you arrive by speedboat, you will have the freedom to manage the rest of your day in Nosy Be.
