Day 3

Morondava to Kirindy

Morondava to Kirindy

This morning, journey to Kirindy Reserve, about an hour and a half drive from Morondava, passing once more through the scenic Baobab Avenue. Kirindy Reserve is a premier wildlife haven, home to the rare Fossa, Madagascar’s largest carnivore, as well as an array of lemur species like the Verreaux's sifaka and red-fronted brown lemur. As evening falls, join a guided night walk to discover Kirindy’s nocturnal inhabitants, from the curious gray mouse lemur to the colorful chameleons and the fat-tailed dwarf lemur.
