Day 1

You will be picked up from your hotel or airport by your driver for a departure to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve stopping at the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley and then have lunch at Narok. You will arrive at Mara in the afternoon, allowing you to enjoy your afternoon game drive in the reserve which is famous for its high animal concentration, abundance, and variety. You will go in search of the Big Five with game drives across the grassy plains of the park before going back to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2

Explore Masai Mara

Explore Masai Mara

Full day spent game viewing across the rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-manned lions, leopard, and cheetah but also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. If it is during the season, you will enjoy the most spectacular and thrilling display of wildlife behavior popularly known as the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebra. This usually occurs across river Mara between July to October.
At an extra cost, you would not want to miss the optional great experience of a visit to the nearby Maasai village to explore their traditional culture and lifestyle, alongside that is also an optional event of taking a pre-dawn hot air balloon ride high above the reserve as the morning light breaks across the golden savannah and witness the herds of wildlife emerging into the day. In the evening, drive back to the camp for dinner and a well-deserved overnight.

Day 3

Masai Mara- Lake Naivasha

Wake up early, ready for the pre-breakfast morning game drive inside the Masai Mara, a good time to spot animals that you might have missed in the previous drive. After the morning game drive, return to the camp for a full breakfast then depart for Lake Naivasha where you will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch, you will have your afternoon drive.
Lake Naivasha is famous for its high population of hippos and flamingos. There are over 1500 hippos in the area, and you are almost guaranteed to see one. The lake is birder’s paradise as it is home to over 400 bird species. Lesser and greater flamingos flock to the lake, forming a wash of bright pink across the lake’s surface.
Giraffes, zebras, impala, and waterbucks can be sighted in the immediate vicinity of Lake Naivasha, around Crescent Island and Crater Lake Game Sanctuary.
Some of optional popular activities here is boat safaris. Jetting out onto the lake is the best way to get up close to the hippos and flamingoes in the lake.
