Today we start in zanzibar to, you'll venture into Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant population. Expect to encounter numerous elephants as well as opportunities to spot big cats like lions, cheetahs, and leopards, alongside a variety of herbivores. The game drive will bring you close to the animals for an unforgettable experience. Around midday, enjoy lunch at the scenic Tarangire River picnic site, where playful monkeys may make an appearance, adding some lively charm to your meal.

Day 2

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey toward Ngorongoro, using it as a scenic route to the Serengeti. Along the way, we’ll pause at a viewpoint to take in the stunning landscape and capture photos. Arriving at Serengeti National Park in the afternoon, we’ll enjoy lunch before heading out for an exciting late-day game drive. In the evening, we’ll return to the Seronera Campsite for an overnight stay.

Day 3

After an early breakfast, we’ll set out for a game drive exploring different areas of the park. Following our adventure, we’ll return to the camp for lunch and to pack for our journey back to Ngorongoro. We’ll spend the night at Simba Campsite, situated at the top of the crater, where we’ll prepare for an early descent in the morning.

Day 4

Ngorongoro National Park

After an early breakfast, we’ll descend into the crater in search of black rhinos. These majestic creatures are the most challenging to spot in this picturesque crater, as most wildlife is more easily visible on the floor of the park. After lunch, we’ll embark on a game drive and then ascend the crater to Fig Tree Camp, where you can relax and unwind.

Day 5

After an early breakfast, we’ll head to Lake Manyara National Park. During our game drive, you’ll have the chance to see a wide variety of birds, including the iconic flamingos that flock to the lake. With a bit of luck, we might even spot the renowned tree-climbing lions. We’ll also visit the hippo pool for an up-close look at these fascinating creatures, as well as the hot springs. Throughout our drive, we can expect to encounter various wildlife, including buffalo, wildebeest, warthogs, vultures, and monkeys. After our adventure, we’ll return to our accommodation for the night.

Day 6

Materuni Waterfalls, Coffee tour & Kikuletwa Hot Springs

You will be picked up from the lodge and driven to Materuni Village. Upon arrival, you will register at the village office and your trip can begin with a visit to the waterfalls, which are around a 40-minute walk away. On the way, your guide will inform you about the culture of the Chagga, village life and explain the surrounding fauna and flora. The views are truly breathtaking, and with some luck, you will see the summit of Kilimanjaro. When you reach the waterfalls, you will see that they are more than 80 meters high. On the bottom of the waterfall, there is an amazing pool which is a good place for a refreshing swim so you might as well bring your swimwear.

After having enjoyed the scenery, you will slowly return with your guide to Materuni village, where you will experience a traditional Chagga lunch. You also will have the opportunity to taste our local banana beer —definitely not to be missed.

You will head back to Kilimanjaro International Airport to Zanzibar Airport.
