Nairobi To Masai mara national reserve

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be picked up by our driver and then drive through the floor of the Great Rift Valley to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. After lunch at your camp, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.

Masai mara national game reserve

You will be taken on two game drives today, one in the morning before breakfast and the other in the late afternoon. Early mornings and late afternoons are considered the best time to spot animals as they are most active. This is the time that the big cats are most active and can provide some of the most dramatic photography. You will return to the camp for breakfast and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure before setting out for an evening game drive. To bring more texture to your experience at the Mara, you may visit the local Maasai people in their nearby village at an extra cost. Meet these indigenous people and see up close their ancient lifestyle and culture. You will take a pre-dawn hot air balloon ride high above the reserve as the morning light breaks across the golden savannah and witness the herds of wildlife emerging into the day. Your driver/guide can arrange either of these optional excursions. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at your camp.

Masai mara National Reserve To Lake Nakuru National park

You will have an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, you will depart the Mara region for Nakuru with lunch en route. You will enjoy the scenic views of Mount Longmont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. After arrival, you will have your afternoon drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its prolific bird life including flamingos which will make your day an experience. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape buffalo and waterbucks can be seen near the shoreline. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.
