Day 1

Ride From Kampala to Lake Mburo

Ride From Kampala to Lake Mburo

At 7:00am, your guide, driver, mechanic and the support vehicle will meet you at your hotel ready to set off for the safari. Ride west past the Kayabwe Equator crossing. Make a brief stop for pictures. Lunch will be enroute and you will spend the night at Rwakobo Rock Lodge.

Your ride will take 6 hours.

Day 2

Ride to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Ride to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After a relaxed breakfast, you will take off for Queen Elizabeth National Park. The Park is understandably Uganda’s most popular tourist destination. Its diverse ecosystems, which include sprawling savanna, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes and fertile wetlands, make it the ideal habitat for classic big game, primate species including chimpanzees and over 600 species of birds. You will have lunch on arrival. After lunch, you will have time to relax before going on a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel. The channel links Lake Edward and Lake George. It attracts a varied range of animals and birds, with one of the world’s largest concentration of hippopotamus and numerous crocodiles.

Day 3

Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park

After an early breakfast, you will go for a game drive through the park. You will be accompanied by an experienced tour guide from Uganda Wildlife Authority. The game drive is usually 2-3 hours long. After the game drive, you will have lunch at Elephant Plains Lodge and get some time to rest.

Day 4

Ride to Fort Portal

Ride to Fort Portal

After an early breakfast, you will embark on a beautiful ride up through the rift valley and Kasese town towards Fort Portal. You will be treated to amazing views of the sprawling savanna and the numerous crater lakes that dot this part of the country.

Here you will stay at the stunning Kyaninga Lodge.
