Day 1

Arrive at Entebbe international airport and you will be received by our driver guide and be briefed

Depending on your arrival time, your driver / guide will be ready by to welcome you to the Pearl of Africa at Entebbe International Airport. You will get some briefing and then transfer to your Hotel for relaxation, refreshments and lunch / dinner. If you arrive during the day, you will have a chance to drive around Kampala for a brief City tour and visit the Bank or forex bureau to exchange some Money to use during your stay with Banywanisafaris and on your Safari. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight. Get a briefing from your driver / guide about the time you will depart for the next days journey where you will need to wake up very early in the morning and prepare for the next 3hrs drive through Kampala the capital city of Uganda and connect to masaka Road and experience equator then proceed to lake Mburo national park known as the whispers of the wild and it is a home of many animal species like the zebras, giraffes, leopards, Topis, Eland, Uganda cobs, buffalos, warthogs.

Day 2

After our early morning breakfast, start your drive through the Kampala - Masaka high way. The road is very smooth, have a stopover at the Equator for photo shooting at the Uganda Equator, have some coffee, smoke a cigarettes if you do, stretch your muscles and later on continue your drive. At this moment, you will realize change in the vegetation and landscape as you cross from the flat and dry atmosphere of the Central Buganda region to the Western Ankole region which becomes hilly and greener. Check into Lake Mburo National Park and you will definitely start seeing lots of Game (animals). Drive to your lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation by the swimming pool with an Ice Cold beer, juice or soda. If you feel you are not too tired, you can have an afternoon Safari either by doing a boat ride or taking a nature walk. If you decide to take anature walk, you will be given a ranger guide to take around the wilderness or keep at the lodge. Over night at Mihingo Lodge or Rwakobo Rock.

Day 3

We shall have an early morning coffee, drive to the park headquarters and meet your armed ranger guide with an AK-47, start the walk in search of the nocturnal wildlife like the Owls, the wobbling Hyenas, Tree Hyrax, Porcupines, Aardvark, serval cats, Bush pigs and many more. Return later at 8:30 am and drive back to Mihingo Lodge for a full Breakfast. Have your lunch at 1:00 pm with a wonderful view of the park seen from Mihingo lodge at the top of the Hill into the valley. Relax and later drive to the Lake for an afternoon Boat ride at 4/5pm, great chances of seeing many Hippos, Crocodiles, fish eagles, the activities to be done under the help of a ranger guide especially when you are doing a nature walk. The boat ride will be for 2hrs and expect to experience elephants, buffalos waterbuck, zebras, quenching their thirsty after feeding and not forgetting the bigger number of hippos and many kingfishers then Return to the lodge for dinner and Over Night at Mihingo Lodge or Rwakobo Roc.

Have your early morning breakfast, drive out of the park and continue through the Ankole farm lands of Matooke, through Mbarara and later to the big tea plantations at Igara. Drive through Karinzu forest, get to the great view point of Queen Elizabeth. Stop for a photo taking moment of the park and Kyambura Gorge. Continue to Elephant Hub lodge for lunch and relaxation by the Swimming Pool. We can drive to Kasenyi for an afternoon visit of the local fishing village and Lake Munyanyange for a great chance of seeing Flamingos or optional visit to katwe salt lake one of the significant site within the park, this shallow crater lake has been used for salt extraction by local communities for centuries and the traditional methods are still in use today. A visit here gives you insight into how the salt is harvested offers a glimpse into the lives of the local people who work here, blending culture with your wildlife adventure. Then later returns, Dinner and Overnight at Elephant hab lodge.

You will have an early coffee, meet your driver, as you approach the park's entrance, the transition from farmland to the wilderness becomes more noticeable. The air feels different, fresher and alive with the sounds of nature. You will feel a sense of anticipation as you pass through the main gate entering one of Uganda's most famous and biodiverse national park. Your first adventure in the park will be a morning game drive through the iconic kasenyi plains, one of the best area for wildlife viewing in the entire park, this vast open savannahs, is home to an array of wildlife with great chances of sightings like lions, Hippos getting back to the water after a night grazing in the park, leopards, Uganda kobs, and the occasional sight of majestic African elephant rooming through the grasslands. Return to lodge for relaxation and lunch and get ready for the afternoon Kazinga Channel boat ride at 2pm. Dinner and overnight at the beautiful Elephant hub lodge over looking the national park.

The drive to Kibale National Park is very beautiful with great scenic views, chances of seeing the Rwenzori Mountain ranges, great hills along and. Kibale National park is located in the western part of Uganda. It is a game of biodiversity and a must visit destination for nature enthusiasts known for its reach ecosystem, The park is particularly famous for its primate population including the largest concentration of chimpanzee in Africa here is a comprehensive guide to kibale national park covering its uniqueness activities when and how to access the park. The great day is here, you will have an early breakfast, pack some bottled water and get to the briefing area for the days great trek in Kibale forest with the guidance of an armed ranger, trail the Chimps in their natural habitat or even spend a full day with them chimpanzee tracking is the highlight of any visit to kibale for tracking, guided by experienced trackers, visitors can follow chimps as they move through the forest as they observe their behavior and listen to their vocalizations. There are morning and afternoon season depending on the time you get the permits each lasts around 3 to 4hrs.
Chimpanzee habituation experience; This allows you to experience the chimpanzee's behavior like nesting in the morning and evening hours, watching them playing, feeding. NB; This activity requires you to go with packed lunch since you are to spend the whole day doing activities. Return back to the lodge have dinner and over night. Your guide will brief about the following day as you plan.

Travel day back to Kampala, after our breakfast, we drive out of the forest, to fort portal tourism city if time allows we do a city tour or we to amabere ganyina mwiru caves which is famous for their limestone and fascinating local legends associated with them. Learning about their traditional story about how they were formed creates everlasting memories. Explores the caves and near by nyakasura water falls, which add to the scenic charm of the area. You can take park in the natural shower under the water falls for about 1 to 2 hours the later proceed your journey via fort portal city and continue our journey back to Kampala you will have a stop over at the tee plantations for photo shoots along fort portal Kampala – lunch en route, continue to the Airport for your evening travel. If we arrive early, we may have a shopping of local crafts at Buganda road, Jua kaali in Nsambya or at the National theatre all in Kampala. End of the 8 days Uganda safari for chimpanzees and wildlife tours.
