You will depart for Queen Elizabeth National following an early breakfast. You will stop at the Ugandan equator for a photo opportunity and enjoy lunch along the route. The journey will pass through expansive tea plantations and verdant rural landscapes. You might enjoy an evening game drive in the park, depending on when you arrive.
It makes sense that Queen Elizabeth National Park is the most visited tourist attraction in Uganda. The parks varied ecosystems which include lush wetlands, dark, humid forests, dazzling lakes, and expansive savanna make it the perfect place for chimpanzees, 10 primate species, and traditional big game.

Trekking with chimpanzees and boat rides
After breakfast, proceed to the Kyambura Gorge to undertake chimpanzee trekking. A subterranean tropical forest, Kyambura Gorge is a part of Queen Elizabeth Conservation Area. The depth of the gorge is 100 meters. Numerous bird and primate species can be found in this deep tropical forest. Get back to the lodge before lunchtime. Take a boat ride in the Kazinga Channel in the afternoon. The George and Edward lakes in the Rift Valley are connected by the 32-kilometer-long Kazinga canal, a naturally occurring canal. Numerous animals and birds can be seen in the canal. Return to the lodge after another late-afternoon game drive. The majority of Queen Elizabeth is made up of savannah and open grassland, which are often wetter and woodier in the west than the Thorny Acacia predominates in the eastern portion of this savannah, with a significant concentration of candelabra shrubs and cacti growing on the Kasenyi plains and along the Kazinga Channel.

Travel to Ishasha or Bwindi to see the tree climbing lions
Following breakfast, you will travel by car to the Ishasha region in the park's southern section. Lions are known to climb trees in Ishasha. The limitless plains of Ishasha, where fig trees conceal lions poised to attack herds of Uganda kob.
Following lunch, you will drive to the mountain gorillas' home, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Have a laid-back evening after arriving at your lodge in the evening. On the outskirts of the Rift Valley in southwest Uganda is Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. One of Uganda's oldest and most biologically diversified rain forests, which has existed for over 25,000 years and is home to around 400 plant species, covers its mist-covered hillsides. Of greater notoriety, this "impenetrable forest" also safeguards 459 mountain gorillas, or about half of the total number on the planet, are thought to exist.

Gorilla trekking
After breakfast in the morning, proceed to the park's headquarters for an orientation on the park and the gorilla monitoring program. After that, you will set out on the journey of a lifetime that will never be forgotten. Trekking can take as little as two hours or as much as seven. You will have a maximum of one hour to observe the gorilla family when you have located them.
An further 120 mammals, including many primate species like chimpanzees and baboons, as well as elephants and antelopes, make this biologically varied area home. This forest is home to about 350 bird species, including 23 endemics of the Albertine Rift. At least 200 butterfly species, including the eight Albertine rift endemics, can be found in Bwindi. Numerous reptiles call it home as well.

Drive to lake Mburo National park
After breakfast in the morning, you will go by car to Lake Mburo National Park. Underlying it are Precambrian metamorphic rocks that are over 500 million years old, making it the smallest of Uganda's savannah national parks. In addition to zebras, impalas, elands, buffalos, oribi, Defassa waterbuck, leopards, hippo, hyena, topi, and reedbuck, it is home to 350 different kinds of birds. After a game drive in the afternoon, head to your lodge for dinner and the night.

Drive to kampala or Entebbe Airport
You will go on a morning game drive after breakfast at your lodge. After that, you will travel to Entebbe, either to the hotel or the airport. The journey will lead you through verdant hills and stunning views of Uganda's western region. Along the route, you will stop at the Uganda Equator for lunch, souvenir shopping, and a final photo opportunity before departing Uganda.
