Arusha to Serengeti

Following breakfast, we will pick you up from a hotel in Arusha town and take you directly to the Serengeti, stopping along the way for a game drive in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The travel here takes roughly eight hours. The remainder of the day will be spent game driving around the Serengeti's Seronera Area. You may recognize this area of the Serengeti from nature documentaries, where the grasslands are vast and teeming with species.
The Seronera River is the Serengeti's lifeblood, and this region is well known for its year-round excellent wildlife viewing. The most elusive of all the big cats, the leopard, can be spotted there, along with lions and cheetahs. You will have dinner and spend the night at a lodge following a long and exhausting journey and some wildlife viewing.

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

The game drive is scheduled to begin at daylight today. Following a straightforward breakfast consisting of a cup of coffee and some snacks, the morning game drive will begin at approximately 6:00 am. This is the best time of day to see a lot of animals and birds because the Serengeti plains are more active during this time.
Predators are hunting prey, herbivores are consuming grass, and animals and birds are waking up. This turns into an excellent opportunity to see a lot of animals, take in the authentic adventure, like hunting animals, and capture the best images for special memories. You will drive back to the lodge (or picnic area) after the morning game drive to have a hearty breakfast before continuing with an afternoon game drive that includes lunch till dusk. You will be taken to your overnight accommodations in the evening.
